I liked the ease of use and the design. The cost was affordable. Autozone is my place to buy parts in Central NC and they no longer have these items for rent so the value was good. I used these on a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 and had a problem connecting the rear heater hose to the heater core and ended up having to use a screwdriver to pry the old one off. Next time I'll remove the spring in the tool so I can insert each section into the fitting. I think the instrumental part could be a bit longer too, maybe 16" would be better, it wouldn't open the latches. Overall I would buy this product again.
