I was walking down the hallway of my school and the microphone bag had fallen off. I just put it on, looked down and saw it was there, made sure the mic was close enough to my cleavage (under my collarbone) and by the time I got to my desk it was gone. I did nothing but go from one class to another. Unfortunately, it's noisy now because there's no noise buffer. I couldn't contact the company. Hybrid training takes up about 17 hours of my day! This review request appeared in my email, so I decided to enter the information here. It would be great if the company were willing to replace the cap, but since I haven't tried or done anything to loosen the mic cap, I have a feeling the cap shouldn't be tight enough to start with . I hope this just happened to me and it's not a defect.
