I have the second block. The first stopped working during my 3rd or 4th use. They sent me a new one. This works great so far. I've used it at least 5 or 6 times and it still works great. I make homemade lemonade, margarita mix, and sweet and sour mix. That means I use a lot of citrus. This makes it much more convenient. I can juice 6 pounds of lemons in no time. The only problem I've had since getting the new device is that it can tip over and spill all your juice if you're not careful. I solved this problem by pushing more in the middle of the handle (just above the fruit) instead of holding it at the end where it's supposed to be held. The smaller cone doesn't work as well, it would be nice if there was an adapter for the tip to hold the smaller fruit in place. I've found that I either have to use a larger cone even for smaller fruit, or have to use my hand to hold smaller fruit when using a small cone.
