I received this item for review first. I found it arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Surprisingly, the kit included the device itself, a wall adapter and car power cord, along with simple but clear instructions and a soft case to place on top of the device. I connected it and tried it. At first I thought it was a bit small for my build (6ft 1in, 200lbs) but after using it for a while I felt like it was actually better at this size as it held my arms stronger to relieve pressure. It also allows my wife and kids to use it. I used to have a big one and it was uncomfortable for her. The massager worked well, there was enough power. On the left is a power button, 3 speeds, directional and heating options. They all work fine. The heat lights the reels red so you know when you have them. It also warms well, not too hot. The fit and finish of the device is very comfortable: the perforated leather material, the quilting, the colors and the buttons are very appealing. I couldn't find any seams or imperfections. The only downside I could find was that the directional knob not only changes direction, it stops it completely for the second medium massage and intermittently changes direction throughout. Kind of surprised me, but once you get used to it, it doesn't matter anymore. Overall I would say this is a very good massager that just can't be beat, especially for the price!
