The overall packaging is impressive. The curling irons look great too. However, it feels a little lighter than it looks, which can be a plus and a minus. I was very pleased with the rapid heating. In fact, I didn't have to keep my hair on this wand for as long as I had on the previous ones. The wand was very easy to use and the barrel size was perfect for my short hair. That made the waves lighter.
