Just bought this to replace my chihuahua's old dog carrier, he loves it! The old man was very exhausted and could never get up on his own, so he collapsed on top of him. This one is so roomy and durable. She doesn't fall on him and he loves how soft the bed is. It weighs around 8 pounds and has more than enough room for it. A very good quality. Not a lot of space to store your dog's accessories but overall it's just what I needed and it's very convenient. I particularly like the breathable mesh. We don't travel much, but it's the perfect size and feature for travel if that's what you're into.
