This is an amazing FireWall. This is comparable to some other popular small business firewalls in my opinion. I bought it as an upgrade from MX64 because it has better speed. Do not get me wrong. You can achieve speeds of 450 Mbps "after" a real-time threat scan. That is, of course, if you buy an extended security license. I'm a network engineer, to be honest, so maybe that's overkill for my humble home. But I will say that the previous MX64 saved me from rebuilding the PC and saved the Firestick from a bitcoin exploit. The MX67 is a bit more advanced so I'm sure it will do even better. So why buy one and not a ready-made router that costs a lot less? Well, you get a solid product that doesn't need regular restarts, you get regular firmware updates, real-time scanning for known malicious websites, enterprise-class hardware-like setup (which can cost thousands more), threat detection. and a guaranteed 24-hour support and replacement guarantee. I have been using their products for a number of years and I am very satisfied.
