Review on 🔧 Gilden Expansion 18-22mm Extra Long Stainless Steel by Nicole Thompson

Manufacturer: See recommendation at bottom of this review. I bought this watch strap over a year ago because I love the style. Whilst this is still the case and I am ordering another one I need another because the first one has gone through a number of broken links in the time I have had it. Normally only one breaks, but today four broke at once and the watch fell on the floor. I use this strap instead of the strap I had on my Galaxy 46mm smartwatch because I like a strap that is easy to put on and take off. The fact that smartwatches are heavier than regular wristwatches is definitely a factor that puts a lot of strain on the small U-shaped pieces that fit into the ends of watch strap bars and connect them together. These connectors break and I have had to replace many of them. (I get the new ones from a short section of a watch band that I removed at the beginning to trim the band to size.) This is an issue I've had with other "Twist-O -Flex" had . other normal watch, but it happens more often with this watch. As a recommendation to the manufacturer, since smartwatches are becoming more popular and putting the watch on and off is much easier than using a buckle or other mechanism, could you design a strap with a more durable strap? U-shaped connectors? I can't believe I will be the only interested customer.
