Have been observing this for a few years. I have used them in restaurants before and have always been amazed at their performance. This is not fake but one of the brands. It's the exact same timer that professional chefs rely on in restaurants. The battery lasts a long time, it's loud and small enough to be placed in an accessible place but off the road.
