Review on 🍳 Zojirushi EP-RAC50 Gourmet d'Expert: The Ultimate 1350-Watt Electric Skillet by Gabriel Tomato

I have had a frying pan for almost 4 years. I bought this special pan to cook sukiyaki. This is a great unit. During this pandemic, my stove submerged and stopped working. My mechanic had to order a part that costs about $300 and of course he won't be fixing my furnace any time soon. Well I got my device out and have been using it since March. I can cook almost anything. I use a simmer plate and the plates are great for cooking too. I can cook multiple dishes at once in one pan, like eggs and bacon or eggs and bacon for breakfast. I can make dim sum with a steam plate. I've had no problems with the Teflon coating, definitely don't use steel cookware. Easy to clean and my husband loves to cook with this pan. Along with my Instant Pot that needs a stove top. I have a couple of Zojirushi appliances, a rice cooker and a portable electric grill which is also great by the way! Zojirushi home appliances are high quality home appliances that are very well made, durable and worth the investment.
