I bought headphones for the new year in Hong Kong (Amazon), they brought me unopened, new ones. Opened, connected to the charger. It turned out that the case does not charge at all, when connected to the power supply, light music starts, it lights up with all the colors that are in the arsenal of the case, but it does not charge. You always have to carry a power bank connected to the case with you so that the headphones are charged. The reset button does nothing. Unfortunately there is no way to return. In general, a very good option, but check everything at once for operability so that when charging, the case lights up in one color, red when discharged, yellow halfway or green when fully charged. And so, apart from the case, there were no complaints in general, relatively satisfied.
