It works! good for dogs
Whenever the early morning temperatures hit 82 degrees or more I soak the cooling vest and add ice cubes to keep it cooler. I wring it out and put it on my long haired dog. It seems to be working as he never panted during our 45 minute morning walk. Just make sure you get the right size as you don't want it to be too long to hang down his back. I put on a vest and it cooled my upper body; and I am thinking of using it when I play tennis!
