I LOVE this backpack! It's everything I wanted and hoped. It's compact so perfect to take on a plane when I fly to Ireland. I love how you enter from the top and the ribbed edging makes the opening wide so when you open it you can see everything inside and fill to the brim without anything falling out when you unzip. It's hard to tell from the picture, but there are 2 zips at the top, each with a hole, which allows you to attach a lock, making it even more theft-proof than it already is. My favorite feature is the secret pocket on the back. There I can keep my passport, ID and money safe without worrying about pickpockets. I also like the fabric, strong but stretchy. The straps are well padded which means they don't hurt my shoulders. I'm also impressed with how much I can put into it. everything I need during the flight; a blanket, a travel pillow, a bag with all my liquids, headphones, an electronic cable organizer and my ipad. and there is still room for food/drinks on board my economy flight. I was also impressed with how quickly it arrived in the mail. two days delivery time but it was delivered 16 hours after my order! Now that's what I call good customer service. I previously bought a backpack from a local store but returned it and bought this one instead. And I'm glad I did. You can't go wrong with this backpack.
