I looked at several options at Revain and couldn't decide between this set and another set so bought both to compare. This set had fewer reviews and a lower rating and offered twice as much for the same price - I thought they were too good to be true. They are amazing! They don't flex like the other set; Even when fully loaded, they didn't give way. The closed head design was nice and kept them from getting tangled and they were easy to clean. They're not 100% flat (one side tapers to a small dome), but we had no problem rotating the food. The best thing about them is that for the same price you get twice as much as their competitors and they clearly have a much higher quality and gauge of steel.
