Review on ๐ง Kurt Adler 11-Inch Wicked Witch Nutcracker from the Wizard of Oz by Erin Brown
Not as advertised - be careful.
The nutcracker in the photo is NOT the one I received. The one advertised has a lace-up bodice, but mine doesn't. The advertised one has glitter on the handbag, mine doesn't. The one advertised has different eyebrows and green than the one I received. The one I got is a mint green color with poorly defined eyes (sloppy gold paint). Mine also has a HOLE in the nose with nostrils painted black. There is also a chip on the underside of the base. This nutcracker doesn't cost more than $20 - just a cheap fake/marriage. I paid about $44.
