If you need variable length
Need something I can cut to length and use as a center bracket. These did their job. The wood is very soft and does not withstand the load. One of the rails had a cut halfway down the rail. I had to wedge it, apply carpenter's glue and clamp it overnight. Serves the purpose I need it for.
