I like their focus on the client. Their people are fantastic and they care about the clients. We have used them for several years now and they consistently deliver great work. They are always working on new ways to connect with our audience. They are always pushing the envelope and have a creative vision. I have no complaints. They are always willing to give creative feedback and work together to make sure we are on the right track. I cannot think of anything I do not like. They are the best! They are always on point and deliver great work. They are able to make changes quickly and get it done. They are very passionate about their clients and their company. We trust them to create content that fits our goals and helps build our brand. The ability to track leads, conversions & ROI in real time through our dashboards which makes us feel more secure when we are not around for any reason or if someone else takes over your account while you're away from it! Nothing really at this moment - all looks good but I'm sure they'll have their bugs once implemented by Google AdWords team as well :) It helps me keep tabs with my sales funnel metrics without having constant access/accessibility via phone calls etc.,.
