I've never had Inkbird products before, but my fellow winemakers and musicians have nothing but good things to say about them. I've had several similar products in the past and they've all been really inaccurate and didn't have the features that this one has. It is also very easy to use. Just put the batteries in and you're in gold. My favorite features: - You can quickly switch between F/C - It displays both the highest and lowest temperature and humidity readings. This is especially useful when you take it to another room. For me, I alternate between my recording studio and my wine room. - Small profile and footrest. It is also easy to mount on the wall. You need your own batteries, but for $14 you can't beat it.
