The SP reported that it would take 48 hours to resolve the issue, but much more time has elapsed. Given that the dog had already run out of food, I urgently went to buy food for him at the pet store, at least for a while, while the issue was being resolved. But no news was received from the joint venture on time, only an unsubscribe, after I again applied that more time was needed and the status of the order did not change and a new date was not set. The service at the moment is disgusting, as is the work of the support service. I canceled the order and as a result I ordered food from Ozone, they brought it right away the next day! This is what I'm all about: 1. aliexpress should monitor the service for prompt intervention in such situations. 2. If the order, whatever it is, you do not have time to bring on time, warn the Customer in advance about the reason for the delay, do not wait until they write to you with a claim, because not every Customer has such a waiting time.
