I like that we can see everything our employee have access to, without having them log into their account every time they use it! And if you don't need your password for anything right now (it's not expired or something), then this is great as well because there are many companies who will ask employees just in case of an emergency situation where someone needs his/her information straight away!! As far security goes i dont think its 100% perfect yet but hopefully with some updates later downthe road when more users start using apptive things should be much better by all means! We solved alot problems concerning how people had issues accessing work documents from home due poor internet connections etc., plus everyone has one login so no matter what department anyone belongs tooo :). We are using this software for our accounting department, it is very easy to use and allows us to keep track of all our expenses. I like that there is an option to export to excel as well as pdf format. It would be nice if you had more options for exporting the data. This software has been very helpful in keeping up with our finance department. It allows me to use the time I am not at my desk to manage my finances.
