I like that it helps you see your plan of action for each customer or lead, so if there are any missteps then they can be easily identified with ease! There's nothing really to dislike about this platform but perhaps more features would make life easier in some cases? The main benefit we've realised from using our own marketing automation app has been how well organised and easy-to navigate their system makes data collection much faster than other tools available out there - especially when trying to collect large datasets quickly (i'm looking at YOU Google Analytics!).
