Good product for me, no problems at all.
Different pros: 1) Takes up little space 2) Very easy to use 3) Quickly and deliciously prepares sandwiches 4) Excellent value for money 5) Easy to clean 6) Doesn't weigh very much Has cons: There is one small minus: there is no off button, so you just have to unplug it.
