I have been using this mouthwash for about 6 months now and it works well. My dentist told me to use a colored mouthwash to protect my enamel and he was very happy with my recent check ups. It's convenient, but Act Bottles are even better because you simply squeeze the bottle and the cup automatically fills with just the right amount. The worst thing about this mouthwash is the taste. It says it tastes like fresh mint, but it just makes me feel "medicinal". On the other hand, you get used to it over time, but for now. ble. In general. a natural alternative to fluoridated mouthwash.
