Not worth the money. I bought it because of the good reviews and it's of no use to me. I started using this after not being in front of a workout for a month. So keep in mind that I haven't used anything for a whole month. A spoon doesn't do me any good. Two spoons will do next to nothing. I think I need to use three spoons. Considering I've only been using it for three days and my system was completely drained of pre-workout speeds, I didn't need to use three scoops. If it was a good product I would go through the roof.
