The device works very well with my Android phone and looks very nice. I purchased it to convert my headphones to bluetooth (for certain requirements at work) and it looks very okay on them, but it's probably the best option I had. However, at work I need to connect it to Windows computers and this is just not liked by Windows. When connected to Windows computers the sound quality goes straight out the window. You would honestly have a better listening experience bringing in a rubbermaid tote full of mud and tossing in a dollar store bluetooth speaker while Becky from accounting is screaming at you for something she thinks is a spelling error but no matter how many times you've tried to show it to her she just can't understand that she's the one who has it wrong.But that's not the fault of this device, I don't know how to get around it in Windows. I've checked it with Windows 10 Pro and Windows 7 Ultimate machines and it's the same crap audio either way with both versions of Windows as well as a Realtek and Intel bluetooth controller.
