Bought this toy for my 6 month old daughter. When I opened it I assumed it needed batteries, when I opened the bottom to put the batteries in I found that some were included and just assumed they were dead so I replaced them and put that Toy after checking back on, it works. I was due to pick it up 15 minutes later and it smelled strongly of melting plastic and felt very warm. I quickly took out the batteries. Thank goodness I realized before my child even had a chance to touch this toy that the result could have been a lot worse.
