I took a chance on these because the manufacturer claimed they did not slip or break. I use holders for my readers, which I wear all the time (either on my face or on my neck), and which have very thin arms. Every other kind of glasses holder I have had either slips or breaks (from pulling on them all the time to stop them from slipping) or both. I've had these only a week; they're on the thinnest part of the arm, and they haven't slipped at all, which probably means they won't break--and if they do, they're covered by a lifetime warranty. They're light-weight and the length is adjustable. I have great hopes for them!
