The ability to customize data fields makes customizing reports easy as pie! You can make any number of filters/queries for your user's needs or client expectations - not just "date" (as it seems so many map apps provide). And we love that there are multiple ways you may want it presented too -- all within one screen viewable at once rather than being several views away from each other across devices like "next". I wish this was an option during implementation instead of waiting until launch but they were listening & did something about my feedback which others have mentioned when asking questions after implementing similar products such as Trimble BIM 360 etc.. Not much yet except learning how useful our users see them through usage statistics. It has been difficult getting some new sales leads out into market due solely because everyone else also does maps now and no clear differentiation exists beyond date only mapping solutions; however if their product integrates project management then perhaps more will realize advantages over time? The interface itself has been very user friendly for my clients that I am working with. There are some features they would like to see but nothing drastic at this time as well have had their needs met quite perfectly so far! As stated above, it was easy to set up and use right away when we began using it. We can easily add more users if needed as our business grows. They were also able to help us customize as needed once we understood how the system worked.
