Perfect fit for my 4 month old baby! Goes straight into the freezer and if her gums hurt we'll take her out and BAM! The child is happy! I recommend when your baby is first teething to "massage" their gums with a teething toy and slowly insert the teether. Some babies like cold teethers, others like warm ones! I guess it depends what mood they're in! We picked up the Nuby Starter Teething Kit and it was included! We realized how much our baby loves it and ordered it to take with us on the road! She's picky like the others and sometimes doesn't want to get cold, so it's a good idea to have two teethers that your baby will love! Plus, Nuby's Banana Teether is a great addition as it peels like little baby hands! Always remember to wash your hands regularly and before putting anything important in your mouth! These little ones are still building their immune systems! (And yes, some germs have worked well in research, but we don't want to overload a child with germs!)
