Great plug and play device!
We bought this to meet up on the couch in our home office. I also bought a USB extender so I can put my laptop right in front of me and use the TV we installed it on as a second monitor. Without the USB extender, I would have to set up the mic so that I could use my computer mic, navigate through a slide presentation, or share my screen when needed during video conferences. Before that I tried another camera that was a bit cheaper but the zoom was terrible. It has a very clear zoom and is very easy to set up and use. Although expensive, it does a great job for us!
