I take opioids. I would forget how many I had taken, especially during flare ups ( arthritis and fibromyalgia) which worried me. Now I never worry. Because I can tell at a glance. Furthermore, I am sometimes pleased to see I haven’t needed to take the 4 a day I am allotted.
