The material is not very silky, more like synthetic viscose or satin. Maybe it's silk, but it doesn't breathe and doesn't keep me very warm. It REALLY makes me wake up in a sweat and both pieces slip everywhere making them awful to put on top of. My pants are too short and my clothes keep falling out of my open fly. This leads to cumbersome shopping. The neckline of the shirt is huge, like a ballerina. It's nice that the neckline of my T-shirt isn't visible, but the neck seam comes undone in weird places and bothers me especially on the collarbone. she tried and they all suck for some reason.
