Review on Pragmatist by Carlos Chan

I like how easy it was to use Pragmatica. It helped us keep track of our calls/emails (as well as other contacts) quickly & easily. We also liked being able to make changes without having to wait for IT to approve them first. The software does require some learning but once we got used to it there wasn't anything too complicated about using this system. A few minor issues at first such as getting used to certain names or emails but they were pretty straight forward fixes. Once these are resolved though the product has been very helpful when managing contacts.
