Gets Hot: Fan motors

Motor runs as intended but gets very hot. After three hours of operation, the motor is so hot that you will burn yourself if you touch it. After the first three-hour run, the sign on the side was so black from the heat that it was unreadable. I think after a few starts the engine dies and won't start but so far with a total time of around 12 hours it's still running. If I can find a 2-3 RPM, 120 volt, right hand rotation motor I will replace that.
