I like that you can set up alerts for when your permit status changes or if there are any issues with permits in general. It's easy to use once installed but requires some training from an expert user before using effectively - no one wants their system down! Make sure they have someone who knows how this software works so troubleshooting isn't as difficult later (if anyone ever gets around to fixing problems). This has been very helpful since we started tracking our permitts through PT instead of paper files which were getting lost all over town every time something needed updated/changed etc..
