Does what it's supposed to do

I've only had this dog seat cover a little but so far it's holding up and is very easy to put on and shouldn't and now my hair on the passenger seat of the car is gone the only thing Problem is the front comes up when the dog sits on it so I actually attached a sheet handle for the corners of the sheet what would you do I place them on each corner of the car seat cover and just put it under my car seat with it the dog won't pick him up.
