Love the idea of adjusting it and I particularly like the 360 degree knuckle adjustment but in less than 2 weeks of use I was cut on my wrist and brush 3 times because of the raw right and left edges. I can run my finger over the ends and feel the sharp edges. When I contacted the seller about this, they simply suggested that I return it through Amazon, which I know very well I can do. I just thought they would be more concerned about how dangerous (and painful) the coaster can be when in use. . Anyway, I did a little more research on these types of coasters and found a few with soft foam rolled edges, so I ordered one of these and sent it back. UPDATE, I bought a similar PROMIC stand from Amazon. is identical in operation except it doesn't have a fan which I didn't use anyway as both devices already have air vents to keep the computer from overheating. You really don't need a fan. The Promic has a large rolled up wrist pad. It's much more comfortable and no more cuts from sharp edges! This one is almost half the price!
