I like that it's easy for non techies/non business people in schools or organizations who have little experience using technology--like me! It has been really beneficial because now when someone calls "Where are all my forms?" they know exactly what steps there must be taken before information gets uploaded onto our website (and vice versa).
Sometimes an upload fails but usually if something doesn't go right within 10 minutes after submission than hopefully their info will get caught by one of us at another table where somebody else might catch them up later during office hours / phonecall etc.. I love that it has all of my client's information in one place! It does not have everything they need (we are still looking into this) but overall great tool!! There isn't anything i dislike about submitty at least right now :) If there were something out then maybe look elsewhere as well because their customer service team seems very helpful when working through problems or questions regarding our business needs/accounts etc..
