I ordered 12 pack for my sweet 6.5 lb Yorkie. It was slightly smaller than a size 12 so I assumed a size 10 would be too small. I was wrong. when 12 swims over him and his front legs fall out of their sleeves of their own accord. Not suitable for running and playing. I came back and got 10 in 2 days. Fits him perfectly. Very cute sweater, not heavy and not bulky, soft. There is a hole for a leash. If you have a small one, his legs may be too skinny for the sleeves, so don't go bigger. Otherwise it's worth every penny.
