At less than $30 this looks like a quality and good looking product. Depending on where you mount it on your bike, it can be a bit confusing how to attach the velcro straps. In my case (see photo) I originally wanted it to face me/riding position on the handlebars, but on my bike it would cover the sensor so that's not possible. I had to unscrew it and above the headlight. It seems perfect for mounting on straight horizontal or vertical bars but due to the flexibility of velcro straps etc you can mount it almost anywhere on the bike. The plastic "tie downs" are absolutely necessary to ensure they are tight and sturdy (wouldn't be safe with velcro straps alone!). On my first ride with it in this position, it seemed to catch a STRONG wind and move/roll back towards me, but stayed safe with my I-Phone in it - a little apprehensive at first, LOL!). Inside the suitcase is a small zippered fabric pocket that can be used to store a small item for extra security. Didn't notice this part of the design when I bought it, but very nice to touch! I give him five stars for his looks. While it's not real leather, it looks like it could be and I love the Moto lettering on the front. First of all, it gives you a small but important place to put a few things that you can't or rather want to. No, carry it in your bag when you travel. Definitely worth the price and honestly there aren't many options when you're looking for a cheap aftermarket travel case for your bike's handlebar/fork section.
