The ability to set goals for myself, as well as my team members is invaluable in helping us achieve our business objectives each month/quarter etc.. I love that it allows me (and others) access anytime from anywhere with no additional software required!! Nothing really - just get used to using this tool & you'll like what happens when your people use the same system too. It's great being able to track both personal performance AND other peoples' progress easily within one platform which makes management of KPIs so much easier than trying separate tools or apps separately :) Keeps everyone accountable all together without having multiple spreadsheets out there ;) Would highly recommend if anyone looking into employee engagement / motivation systems wants something simple yet powerful! We're getting some very good results already by setting clear targets across different areas such as sales quotas, customer service expectations, staff training needs ect!! Great way to keep employees motivated.
