. I almost didn't buy these mats based on some of the reviews I read. However, when I received them, I was glad I did. We've always had these rugs all our lives, but lately they've been very hard to find in mainstream stores. Most bathroom rugs they sell today look like rugs or are made out of Styrofoam. They really aren't always that easy to wash, making them unsanitary. This rug can be laid along with towels every week to keep them clean. I travel a lot and most hotels have these carpets, they can be a bit thicker but I'm sure they cost a lot more money. The rugs I received were much thicker than a towel, I think some people might mistake them for bath rugs, which they are not.
