Easy access for HR professionals across business units as well easy reporting capabilities are our favorite point about this product; however its price may sometimes raise some eyebrows so better pricing structure should also have been put forward alongwith other features that enhance customer experience.- Ability &amp choice/flexibility towards data modelling /seeding process,- Cost effective - Good quality reports available even after end-of day closing or close out month report which saves significant amount off budgeting requirement (in terms if any). The ease of use of the software is amazing! The customer service has been fantastic, and the knowledge base is vast. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the software. It is a great platform that is easy to use. I am able to post jobs with ease, and the customer service helps with any questions I have. I am able to fill positions quickly, and I am able to track the applicants to make sure I am hiring the best people.
