Review on LA Baby The Condo Metal Evacuation Window Crib: Safe & Stylish Solution in White by Ericka Montoya

I bought two of these cribs for our kindergarten. Aesthetically, these cribs feature beautiful, durable metal frames, durable casters and see-through side panels that allow you to keep an eye on babies at all times. Unfortunately, the packaging of this product makes it impossible to get these cribs safe and sound. I had to return the cribs to Revain as both cribs were damaged in transit. Of course, Revain does a great job with returns, refunds and exchanges, which is why old cribs have been collected from us and new ones are dispatched same day. When the new cribs arrived, the same parts were damaged again. This time, get a refund and buy from a different company. This decision was only made after attempting to contact LA Baby directly. To possibly get new bases without having to return the whole crib. I've tried every extension listed in their company directory, no one answers, direct to voicemail no matter what time of day you call. I left a message describing the problem with my phone number, they didn't call me back. I also emailed twice, a week has passed and no response. At least Revane made returning a breeze!
