Review on Vionic Women's Sky Yvonne Slip-on: Stylish Ladies Walking Shoes with Hidden Orthotic Arch Support by Dana Young

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Works Mostly - Athletic

I had three pairs of Vionics that I bought about 2-3 years ago and they were great. Really helped my PF. Now it took me 3 purchases (thanks to Revain's free returns!) to find the same stock shoe and this one seems to work. I had to buy 40 dollars. Active Vionics insert as well as a gel arch in my PF foot under the insole so 109. The shoe felt more like a 155.00 but mostly works. So I'm grateful. But yes, the quality has gone down a lot! And VIONIC customer service is non-existent. There are no callbacks, and when you call, the recording makes you wait thirty-five minutes, informs you they're too busy to take your call, and hangs up. So I sincerely hope that someone will make an insole of equal quality but higher quality than all shoes. or we're all in trouble :0. Shame on this company for not making sure that all insoles have the same base, including active ones (a plastic that doesn't get mushy when using the insole's support and strength in any train way) arch of the insole and a comfortable, soft inner quilting that wraps the foot on the inside of the shoe. I can't tell you how many reviews I've read stating that my rubber shower heads were so thin that they broke or ripped, ripped the outer skin apart, or tore my leg!, and most people would agree that this isn't the Case is designed to provide the same high quality alignment support in every shoe that these shoes are known for. Perhaps when Orthoheel became Vionics, the company had to sacrifice quality to make more shoes. I don't know, but I think we'd all rather have just one shoe of each type of decent quality than many others. On January 30, 2020, they developed 2 tear holes over the pinky toes. They still support, but they didn't live up to the looks. However, the originals I had years ago (purple Orthochel/Vionics) still look and feel great. I hope they put more effort into quality shoes.
