This program is easy to use, it has multiple ways to view information from different perspectives. One of the best things about this program is that it allows you to create your own custom views which can be very helpful when creating reports for clients. It also helps keep track of all employee pay changes in one place. The only thing I dislike about this software is how slow it sometimes can be to load. Sometimes it takes several minutes before all of the data loads. If you are looking for a simple way to keep track of employee pay changes, this is a great option. We have been able to easily update our employees' pay with out having to call each person individually.
