I initially gave them a 5 star rating. They're well made and a good honest attempt to make life easier with the Jeep while getting in or out of it. However, after a few days, I realized that I had spent more time getting them to work. In other words, getting into my JL was more difficult because the bar for roles in Stock Sahara is too low. My hand shouldn't be stretched out, I just put my hand on it, and then they have nowhere to go. I can't pull myself up or I hit my head on the bar. The handle on the Jeep's window frame works best. They might work for a small passenger but not for a tall or tall driver. Maybe they hold up better off-road. Maybe that's the real goal, but it wasn't my main goal. Other than that, it is a good product that is obviously liked by many. So don't let this rating discourage you from buying. They could be just what you're looking for.
