I take it with me on every outdoor adventure or day trip. The pockets fit my hammock, poncho, snacks, hydration bladder/bottle, lighter, fishing gear, bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. and I often tie my towel or fishing rods on the outside with the full length of the strap. go through the whole package. It handles the weight well, especially considering its lightweight frame. My only criticism is that I wish the back panel could breathe a little better as my back is sweating from the Florida heat and during my recent Caribbean cruise.
