Update: The seller contacted me and sent me a new pair of shoes which arrived unused and in perfect condition. I love how easy they are to put on and my child doesn't take them off like socks! I'm glad I had to use them as they are adorable and just what beginners need to get a feel for the ground! Barefoot is best, but this shoe is basically barefoot with little protection! These moccasins came second hand. Coarse dry food stuck to it at the top and bottom. Apparently they were returns and should not be sold as new as they are soiled. I assume they are discounted as they are gross. I had to send them back. They are cute but I will buy the next set from another seller. So be careful you may receive a returned item which may be dirty.
