Disappointing quality

I bought this because it had an interesting shape and could conveniently fit USB charging ports and AC plugs onto my desk surface. I've had it for about 6 months now. The problems started when the USB C to USB C charging port died. I have tested several cables but the connection does not work. Then one of the two old-school USB ports failed. Same, working cables, no power. The device is now limited to 1 USB charging port and that just isn't enough to justify desk space. Really bad quality from APC, disappointing
